2. Services

Centurion Labs provides creative branding, web design, packaging design, and related digital services. All project scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed upon in writing before work begins. Specific terms for individual projects may be outlined in separate agreements or proposals.

3. Intellectual Property

All creative work, designs, concepts, code, and materials produced by Centurion Labs remain the intellectual property of Centurion Labs until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement. Centurion Labs retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and timely information, materials, and feedback necessary for the project.
• Ensuring they have the rights to any content, images, or materials they provide to us.
• Reviewing and approving deliverables within agreed timelines.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including amounts, schedules, and methods, are specified in individual project proposals or agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Revisions & Modifications

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees.

7. Limitation of Liability

Centurion Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

We do not guarantee specific business results from our creative services, as outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deposits or advance payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

10. Website Use

The content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and code, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
